🔧 3115 900KV Brushless Motors for FPV Multirotor
I bought this 4PCS set of 3115 900KV Brushless Motors primarily for my 10-inch custom FPV drone build. What drew me in was the motor’s compatibility with larger multirotors and the fact that it’s recommended by FPV builders for X-Class drones. The motors came securely packed in foam within a cardboard box, and they arrived 15 days after ordering — which is faster than I expected for a shipment from China.
Once I got them mounted on my Mark4 frame, I immediately noticed how smooth they ran, even at higher throttle. There’s minimal vibration and no weird noises. The build quality looks premium, with clean solder points and well-balanced rotors. I’ve tested these with 6S batteries and they held up impressively well without overheating.
Pros:
-
Smooth throttle response
-
Compatible with large 10” props
-
Low noise
-
Well-balanced out of the box
Cons:
-
Mounting holes required some slight adjustment
-
Heavier than smaller FPV motors
In the US, similar motors cost nearly double the price — especially when buying in sets. These definitely exceeded my expectations for the cost. I’ve had a few crashes already, and so far, they’re still running like new. Definitely recommend for anyone working on a heavy-lift drone or X-Class build.

🔩 APEX 10-inch FPV Camera Kit Frame
I’ve been wanting to build a long-range quad for a while, and this 10” FPV camera frame seemed like a perfect fit. It looked durable in the listing, and the design was quite sleek. Assembly took me about two hours — all screws, standoffs, and carbon plates were included and properly labeled.
The carbon fiber feels sturdy and doesn’t flex under pressure. There’s plenty of room inside for routing wires and mounting a GPS module. I liked the camera protection and top battery mounting plate. Even after a couple of light crashes during tuning flights, the frame held up with only minor scratches.
Pros:
-
Strong carbon fiber build
-
Roomy internal layout
-
Comes with all mounting hardware
-
Compatible with multiple camera sizes
Cons:
-
Top plate holes weren’t perfectly aligned (needed minor sanding)
-
No printed manual, only QR code
Compared to similar frames on US hobby sites, this one is a steal. It performs like a $90+ frame and cost me about half that. Fully satisfied and would repurchase.
US $1.19

🔥 Lipo Guard Safety Bag (215x115x155mm)
I wanted a large-sized Lipo battery safety bag to store my growing collection safely. This one seemed well-reviewed and was reasonably priced. Shipping was fast — 11 days to my doorstep — and the quality exceeded expectations.
It’s made from thick, fireproof material with a secure Velcro flap. I tested it by placing a heated battery (not on fire, just warm), and the bag insulated the heat very well. It can hold at least 6–8 standard-size 6S Lipos. A nice touch was the reinforced stitching along the edges.
Pros:
-
Large capacity
-
Thick and durable
-
Velcro closure feels secure
-
Fireproof inner lining is high quality
Cons:
-
Has a slight factory smell at first
-
No handle or strap
Equivalent bags in the US cost $25+. I paid less than half on AliExpress. I now feel way more confident storing my batteries — it’s a must-have for RC hobbyists.
US $1.23

🔌 XT60 Parallel Battery Connector – Y Splitter
I purchased the XT60 Y-splitter cable to run two 3S batteries in parallel on my 6S-capable drone. I liked that the wires were 14AWG silicone and thick enough to handle high current.
It arrived in 12 days and felt heavy-duty right out of the bag. The solder joints looked solid, and the connectors gripped securely. I’ve been running parallel packs for longer flight time, and this cable does the job perfectly without heating up.
Pros:
-
Strong XT60 connectors
-
Quality silicone wire
-
Good length for easy battery positioning
Cons:
-
None at this price
For $2–3, this beats anything I could find locally. It’s simple but effective, and definitely useful for RC battery setups.
US $1.1

🏎️ RC Car Body Shell Clips for 1/10–1/16 Scale
These body clips are such a small part, but I was tired of losing them constantly. I ordered a 20-piece set to keep extras on hand. They’re listed as compatible with Traxxas, Redcat, and others — which was accurate.
The quality surprised me: they’re thicker than stock clips and have a curved design that makes them easier to grip. I’ve used them on my SCX10 and HSP 1/10 truck, and they fit snugly. Shipping was just 10 days.
Pros:
-
Durable
-
Easy to handle
-
Great fit on multiple car brands
Cons:
-
No color options (only black)
In US hobby shops, you’d pay $6–10 for a similar set. I paid around $1.50 on AliExpress. Great deal and very handy to have extras.
US $1.19

⚙️ SG90 9G Micro Servo Motor Kit (No Metal Gear)
I bought the 10-piece SG90 servo kit to use on small Arduino projects and RC gliders. These are the plastic gear versions, so I didn’t expect much torque or precision, but they’re excellent for lightweight applications.
All servos arrived individually packed. I tested 8 of them — 7 worked perfectly, 1 had a slight jitter, but nothing unusable. They rotate about 180°, perfect for control surfaces or pan/tilt camera mounts.
Pros:
-
Very cheap
-
Good for DIY and educational projects
-
Lightweight
Cons:
-
One unit had jitter
-
Plastic gears wear down over time
For what I paid (around $0.80/servo), it’s unbeatable. In the US, you’re looking at $3–5 per piece minimum.
US $1.19

✈️ SG90 Micro Servo Motor (360° Variant)
I needed continuous rotation servos for a robot project, and the 360° SG90 seemed like a good match. I ordered 5 pieces, and all of them worked right out of the box.
They’re lightweight, spin smoothly, and are responsive to PWM signals. I tested them with Arduino and was able to create simple wheeled robot movement with no lag or stutter.
Pros:
-
Good continuous rotation control
-
Compatible with Arduino
-
Affordable bulk pricing
Cons:
-
No torque under load
-
Noise level is noticeable
A solid option for simple robotics or experimentation. Way cheaper than equivalent servos at Adafruit or Sparkfun.
US $14.09

🔋 iMAX B6 V3 80W Battery Charger with Adapter
This was a long-awaited purchase. I’ve heard so many RC enthusiasts swear by the iMAX B6, and I finally picked up the V3 version. It came with the 12V 5A adapter, which made things so much easier. Delivery took about 13 days.
The menu system takes a bit to learn, but once you get it, charging LiPo, NiMH, and Li-Ion batteries becomes a breeze. It balances cells accurately, and the built-in fan keeps it cool. I appreciate the multiple connectors included — no need to buy anything extra.
Pros:
-
Charges multiple battery types
-
Accurate cell balancing
-
Comes with power adapter and cables
-
Compact design
Cons:
-
UI isn’t intuitive at first
-
Beeps loudly when done charging
This same charger goes for $60–70 in US hobby shops. I paid around $30 with the adapter — and it works exactly the same. Exceeded expectations.
US $1.19
Overall Impression:
I wasn’t expecting this order to impress me as much as it did. Every product came well-packed, nothing was DOA, and most items genuinely outperformed what I could get for 2–3x the price here in the US. I’ve already added a few more things to my wishlist and definitely plan to keep shopping for RC gear on AliExpress. For builders, makers, and tinkerers — these kinds of deals are honestly too good to pass up.
