Super Saiyan Goku SHF Action Figure
I’ve been eyeing Dragon Ball SHF figures for a while, especially after seeing how pricey they are in the U.S. I picked this one because the sculpt looked great in the photos and it was marked as a bestseller with tons of good reviews.
Shipping took about 18 days, which is reasonable. It came well packaged in a plastic shell and wrapped in bubble wrap — no retail box, but the figure itself arrived unharmed.
Articulation is solid — the joints are tight and hold poses well. The face printing is surprisingly good for the price (no derpy eyes, which I’ve seen in other budget figures). The paint on the hair has that metallic finish that makes Super Saiyan forms pop. However, one of the hands was a little tricky to snap in, and the range of motion at the ankles is slightly limited.
✅ Pros: Excellent sculpt, clean paintwork, nice hair color, strong articulation. ❌ Cons: Slight ankle stiffness, no retail box. 💰 Price vs U.S.: Nearly 70% cheaper than official SHF Goku at U.S. retailers. 🎯 Expectation Match? 100%. I honestly didn’t expect this level of detail for the price.

SHF Super Saiyan Blue Goku (Bandai-style)
I wanted a figure with the Super Saiyan God Blue form since I already have the base and regular SS Goku. The listing images looked clean and promised a Bandai-style figure for a fraction of the price.
Delivery took just over two weeks. It arrived in a plastic blister without the box but with all accessories intact — extra hands and two alternate heads.
The hair color is vibrant and accurate to the anime. It’s a solid shade of metallic blue, not overly shiny. The sculpt is a clear imitation of the Bandai SHF release. It’s not perfect — the face sculpt is slightly off and the knee joints look a bit bulkier. But overall, it’s a fantastic shelf piece.
✅ Pros: Solid color, good range of articulation, nice extra faces. ❌ Cons: Slightly bulky joints, face is about 90% accurate. 💰 Price vs U.S.: U.S. versions are 3x more expensive. 🎯 Expectation Match? Better than I expected for a budget Bandai knockoff.

Legendary Super Saiyan Goku (Kakarotto SHF)
I bought this one out of curiosity — the sculpt looked intense in the listing, and the face detail caught my attention. I wasn’t sure what I’d get, but it turned out to be a solid pick.
Shipping was slightly slower — 22 days — but the packaging kept it secure. The build is sturdy, and this one came with a stand and a power effect accessory, which was a nice surprise.
The hair on this version is styled a bit differently, more like the “legendary” anime moments. The face is super expressive — angry yelling mode. The torso articulation is looser than others, but still poseable.
✅ Pros: Awesome facial expression, unique hair style, power effect included. ❌ Cons: Loose torso joint. 💰 Price vs U.S.: Way cheaper than any custom or special edition figure here. 🎯 Expectation Match? Yes — didn’t expect the bonus effect part either.

Gogeta SHF Dragon Ball Action Figure
I needed a fusion character to complete the team. Gogeta’s design has always been one of my favorites, and this one had a high rating and good buyer pics.
Delivery took 16 days — quick! Packed well and arrived without defects. The fusion vest detail is surprisingly well-painted. The hair sculpt is spiky and sharp (in a good way), and the joints are super responsive.
This figure really shines in dynamic poses. The face is neutral, but you get alternate screaming faces too. No paint smudges, and the fusion earrings were nicely molded.
✅ Pros: Sharp details, dynamic posing, clean accessories. ❌ Cons: A bit hard to swap the heads. 💰 Price vs U.S.: About $15 vs $60+ in the U.S. 🎯 Expectation Match? Yes, easily one of my favorites from this haul.

SHF King Kong Gorilla Figure
I picked this one purely for fun. It looked like a good articulated gorilla figure to use in dioramas or just to pose with random Marvel or anime characters.
Shipping was standard — around 20 days. It came well protected in foam, and this one did have a basic printed box. Build quality is thick and heavy — more than I expected. The joints are a bit stiffer than human figures, but that works for the character.
The sculpt is really detailed — lots of fur texture and wrinkles. Expression is serious and neutral. The chest and arm range is limited due to bulkiness, but it’s a solid figure overall.
✅ Pros: Heavy build, realistic fur sculpt, adds variety to the shelf. ❌ Cons: Limited arm articulation, stiff joints. 💰 Price vs U.S.: Cheaper than NECA gorilla figures by 40%. 🎯 Expectation Match? Yes — even more solid and weighty than I thought.

Deadpool SHF Action Figure (Kaiyodo-style)
This one was a no-brainer. I love Deadpool and wanted something posable and stylized. This version looked very similar to the Kaiyodo figure which costs a fortune in the U.S.
Arrival time was 18 days. No box, but it came in a layered plastic tray. The joints are extremely flexible and hold well. The paint job is comic-accurate and doesn’t feel cheap.
He comes with multiple hands, swords, and even an alternate head. The mask details are sharp. The only flaw is that the waist joint is slightly wobbly, but not enough to ruin posing.
✅ Pros: Great flexibility, accessories, comic-accurate style. ❌ Cons: Slightly wobbly waist joint. 💰 Price vs U.S.: About $20 vs $80 for similar Kaiyodo version. 🎯 Expectation Match? Yup. He’s got attitude and range.

Spider-Man 2099 SHF Across the Spider-Verse
I was seriously impressed by how sleek this figure looked online. I’m a huge fan of Spider-Man 2099’s design, so I went in hoping for a decent likeness.
Shipping was about 2.5 weeks. It came with a decent number of accessories: alternate hands and web pieces. The blue-and-red suit is super vivid, with a matte finish. Sculpt lines are clean, and the body is proportionate — not too bulky.
Posing this guy is fun. He’s got double joints and decent shoulder movement. The web pieces are soft plastic but look good in hand. Face paint under the mask is not visible (no alternate unmasked head), but that’s fine.
✅ Pros: Sleek sculpt, clean paint, good articulation. ❌ Cons: No alternate head, soft plastic webbing. 💰 Price vs U.S.: Massive savings — $18 vs $60–70 in U.S. 🎯 Expectation Match? Definitely. He stands out on my Spider-shelf.

Miles Morales & Gwen SHF Action Figures
This double pack was a great deal. I’ve been wanting a Miles figure for a while, and getting Gwen with him sealed the deal. The colors looked good in buyer photos, and the articulation seemed solid.
Package took 17 days. Both figures were packed in the same tray, each with their own accessories — extra heads, hands, and webs. Paint is vibrant on both, especially Gwen’s hood and shoes.
Miles’s proportions are on the slimmer side, like in the movie. He’s a bit top-heavy, but poses well. Gwen’s joints are tighter and more balanced. The only weak point is the plastic used for Miles’s ankles — a bit too soft.
✅ Pros: Great pair value, accurate colors, fun accessories. ❌ Cons: Slightly soft plastic on Miles, shared tray feels cramped. 💰 Price vs U.S.: Combined set cost less than one U.S. Marvel Legends figure. 🎯 Expectation Match? Beyond. Two quality figures for the price of one.
US $17
Final Thoughts
Honestly, I didn’t expect this entire AliExpress haul to deliver as well as it did. Each figure had something unique to offer, and most of them felt surprisingly high-quality for the price point. Shipping was consistent, and nothing arrived broken or missing.
Would I recommend these? Absolutely — especially to collectors who don’t want to drop $60–$100 per figure. If you’re okay with minor flaws, these are gold. I’m already planning my next order.
