Sans Undertale Plush (23cm)
I’ve been eyeing Sans plush toys for a while, mostly because I’m a big fan of Undertale, and let’s be honest — that goofy skeleton has a cult following for a reason. What drew me to this one specifically was the sheer volume of orders and glowing reviews. At 23cm, it looked like the perfect desk buddy, and I liked that it didn’t cost much compared to similar plushies sold in US stores or on Etsy.
Delivery took about 14 days, which for AliExpress is decent. It came vacuum-sealed in a bag — not ideal packaging, but once opened, the plush fluffed back up perfectly. The Sans plush is incredibly soft, with high-quality stitching and surprisingly detailed embroidery on the face and jacket. No loose threads or funky smells.
Pros:
-
Excellent softness and cuddly feel
-
Accurate to game character design
-
Affordable — ~$6 vs. $20–$30 in US stores
Cons: – A little smaller than expected visually
It 100% met my expectations and maybe even exceeded them. I’ve bought a lot of plushies over the years, and this one is easily on par with premium merch.

Plants vs Zombies Gargantuar Plush (30cm)
Okay, this one surprised me. I got it mostly as a gag gift for a friend who’s obsessed with Plants vs. Zombies, but the quality blew me away. The Gargantuar plush with Duck Zombie hat is bigger than I expected (a legit 30cm) and has a hefty feel to it — not just fluff inside, but what feels like weighted beads in the base for balance.
I picked it because of the quirky design and combo — two characters in one. The Duck Hat is detachable, which was a fun surprise.
Pros:
-
Unique dual-character design
-
Feels well-made and sturdy
-
Great stitching and colors
-
Just $10 vs $25+ elsewhere
Cons: – Minor glue residue on one shoe
For a novelty plush, this was a 10/10. My friend was thrilled. I kinda want one for myself now.

Cuphead Plush – Mugman, The Devil, Chalice (25cm)
I bought this Cuphead trio set for my own collection. As a retro animation style lover, Cuphead’s characters just scream personality. What made me buy this set was how much you get for the price — three well-designed 25cm plush dolls for under $15 is a steal.
Each character is instantly recognizable: Mugman’s crooked straw, Devil’s horns, and Chalice’s gold shimmer (yes, it’s metallic fabric!). What I didn’t expect was how firm they are — more structured than soft squishies, which I actually liked because they sit upright on shelves.
Pros:
-
Great for collectors — accurate detail
-
Strong stitching, quality fabric
-
Very affordable — ~$5 per plush vs. $12–$18 individually in US
Cons: – Devil’s tail arrived slightly bent (fixed it easily with a warm cloth press)
I’d recommend this set for anyone decorating a game room or into stylized collectibles. Super happy with this one.

Cuphead Plush – Mugman Duo (2pcs Set)
I got this Mugman duo as a gift for my nephew after seeing how much he liked my set. These are slightly different than the previous Cuphead plushies — more cuddly, rounder, and made for kids rather than collectors.
What convinced me? The expressions — they just looked so cheerful! Also, the price: two plushies for under $10, shipped free? Yes, please.
Pros:
-
Kid-friendly softness
-
Durable seams — my nephew’s already dropped them everywhere
-
Excellent price point — $5 each vs $15+ retail
Cons: – Took 18 days to arrive
They met expectations for sure — not a collector’s item like the trio, but perfect for younger fans.

Re:Zero Subaru Cosplay Hoodie Set
This Natsuki Subaru cosplay hoodie set was more of a curiosity purchase. I’ve been binge-watching Re:Zero and wanted a comfy cosplay that could double as loungewear. It looked wearable even outside of cons, which was the deciding factor.
Fit-wise? Spot on. I wear a US medium and ordered a large per the size chart. The material isn’t thick but it’s breathable and soft, with decent print quality. I’ve already worn it casually to a game night and got compliments.
Pros:
-
Stylish, recognizable, and wearable
-
Great price — under $20 vs $45–$60 for similar cosplay sets in the US
-
Accurate sizing if you read the chart
Cons: – Hoodie strings were very short
It surpassed my expectations. It looks way better in person than I expected for the price. Highly recommend if you’re a Re:Zero fan looking for something wearable.

Eddsworld Cartoon Plush
The Eddsworld plush was a bit of a nostalgic purchase. I’ve followed the series since high school, and having this plush on my shelf now makes me smile. It’s soft, super expressive, and true to the character’s goofy energy.
I chose it because Eddsworld merch isn’t easy to find in the US, and this was one of the few plushies I saw that actually looked like the show’s style.
Pros:
-
Excellent design match to original cartoon
-
Soft, fluffy, and huggable
-
Only ~$7 vs $20–$30 custom Etsy versions
Cons: – Hair tuft came slightly bent (recovered after airing out)
I’m impressed. It’s simple, but the joy it brings is real. Definitely worth the buy.

Overall Verdict
Honestly? I didn’t expect everything to be this good. I’ve always been cautious ordering from AliExpress, especially for plush toys or cosplay gear, but this haul totally surprised me. The quality-to-price ratio is unbeatable — most of these items would cost 2x to 3x more in the US, and while shipping takes a bit longer, everything arrived in decent shape.
I’d recommend these products to anyone into gaming or anime merch. The trick is to read the reviews, check the size charts, and have a bit of patience. I already have a few more items in my cart for next time — if the next batch is anything like this one, I’ll be back for more.
