Mini Ninja Anime 4CM Figures
I ordered this Mini Ninja Anime 4CM Figures set because I’ve been slowly building a themed LEGO-compatible ninja display for my home office. The vibrant photos and the sheer popularity of this set caught my attention — over 1,000 orders and a ton of positive feedback. Plus, I loved the idea of getting miniature versions of characters like Kai, Jay, and Zane in one go.
Delivery & Packaging: Shipping took just under 3 weeks to the Midwest US — pretty standard for AliExpress. The figures came individually packed in small clear bags, inside a bubble-wrapped envelope. No instructions, but assembly was intuitive.
Experience & Build Quality: Each figure stands about 4 cm tall and includes accessories like swords and helmets. I was genuinely surprised by the quality. The print detailing was clear and well-aligned, and the plastic feels durable — not the cheap, waxy type I feared. They clicked together securely and looked great once assembled.
Pros:
-
Excellent character design and bright, accurate colors
-
Compatible with LEGO pieces
-
Strong joints and easy-to-assemble parts
-
Great value for the price
Cons: – Some accessories are a bit loose-fitting – No collector box or printed instructions
Price Comparison: I paid around $6 for the full set. A comparable licensed LEGO minifig in the US would run about $4–5 per character, so this was an absolute steal.
Expectations Met? Yes — and then some. For casual collecting and play, this set’s an amazing bargain.
US $8.7

8Pcs Ninja Heroes Mini Figure Set (Morro, Nadakhan, etc.)
What drew me to the 8Pcs Ninja Heroes Mini Figure Set was the unique lineup. Nadakhan and Morro are harder to find in LEGO form, and getting all 8 for under $10 felt like a no-brainer.
Delivery & Packaging: Took about 17 days. The figures arrived in individual bags, each with its own accessories, and no missing parts.
Hands-On Experience: Once assembled, I noticed this set leaned slightly more into stylized designs. Faces are more expressive, with extra shading, and Nadakhan’s mold was especially cool with the genie-tail base. Weapons included were detailed and varied — not all swords this time.
Pros:
-
Unique character selection
-
Fun accessories and alternate designs
-
Color schemes pop nicely
Cons: – Some of the hairpieces didn’t fit as snugly – Printing on one torso was slightly misaligned
US Price Comparison: In US stores, these specific characters would only be found in collector bundles or custom shops, often for $5–10 each. So this was a major cost saver.
Expectations Met? Yes — slightly exceeded, especially due to Nadakhan’s cool design.
US $5.09

Hot Toys Anime Ninja Assemble Set (Kai, Jay, Ronin, etc.)
This Hot Toys Anime Ninja Assemble Set was added to my cart purely because of Ronin and Ultra Violet — characters I’ve never seen in physical form. The “assemble model” branding made me wonder about quality, but it turned out better than expected.
Shipping & Packaging: Roughly 20 days to arrive. The packaging was basic but functional. Each character had their own bag and small accessory set.
Impressions: Build quality here was on par with the first two sets. I especially liked the armor detailing and slight differences in weapon design. Ronin’s hooded look was a standout, and Ultra Violet had some fierce vibes with her dual weapons.
Pros:
-
Includes rare side characters
-
Good facial printing and armor
-
Smooth joint connections
Cons: – Some helmets looked slightly oversized – A couple of weapons arrived slightly bent (but fixable)
US Price Comparison: This would’ve cost at least $40 from US resellers for six niche characters.
Expectations Met? Yes — particularly for the rarer figures.
US $7

Ninja Elemental Powers & Masters Set (with Dragons Rising Design)
I ordered this Ninja Elemental Powers & Masters set because I wanted to explore the newer “Dragons Rising” series and see how AliExpress handled that aesthetic. It includes characters like Sora, Riyu, and Krux.
Delivery Time: Arrived in 16 days — pretty quick! Bubble envelope, all figures intact.
My Thoughts: This set was a bit more stylized — slightly different proportions and softer color palette, which I actually liked. Krux had awesome mechanical detailing, and the Sora figure looked bold with her magenta armor. A few figures had mini dragon parts, which added charm.
Pros:
-
Unique new-series characters
-
Accessories included baby dragons
-
Sturdy build with crisp prints
Cons: – Slight color variation from promo images – Some heads were hard to remove once snapped in
Price vs US: No contest — for under $8, it’s a huge deal. I haven’t even seen official versions of some of these characters in the US yet.
Expectations Met? Definitely — this was probably my favorite set visually.
US $2.78

NETEASE Ninjago 4CM Mini Figures
I picked the NETEASE Ninjago 4CM Mini Figures mainly for the brand curiosity. I hadn’t seen “NETEASE” figures before and wanted to compare them to other unbranded AliExpress options.
Shipping: Took about 21 days. Packed neatly and protected. Each figure came with a mini baseplate, which was a nice touch.
Build & Use: These were definitely on the tiny side — the full 4 cm height felt smaller in hand than expected, but the detailing was on point. The plastic had a slightly more matte finish, which I liked.
Pros:
-
Compact and easy to display
-
Solid print clarity for their size
-
Baseplates included
Cons: – Smaller than standard LEGO mini figs – Not all accessories fit perfectly
US Price Comparison: There’s nothing quite like these here — they’re smaller than LEGO, so comparisons are tricky. But for ~$5, they were worth it.
Expectations Met? Mostly — I wouldn’t use them for play, but for display? Great addition.
US $6.97

Ultimate Ninja Villains Set (Garmadon, Harumi, Pyro Snake, etc.)
This Ultimate Ninja Villains Set appealed to me because of the villain roster. Garmadon and Samukai alone sold me, but adding Harumi and Pyro Snake sealed the deal.
Shipping: Around 18 days — decent speed. Each figure wrapped well and included themed weapons.
My Take: These felt more “deluxe” than expected. Garmadon came with his double-body build and extra arms, which was awesome. Harumi had printed back detailing and a cool red blade, while Samukai was a beast — huge and well-sculpted.
Pros:
-
Amazing villain designs
-
Cool, detailed weapons
-
Impressive for the price
Cons: – Some figures were top-heavy and hard to stand – One figure had loose arm joints
Price Comparison: Similar villain characters in the US? Easily $50+ for this full set, especially Samukai.
Expectations Met? Absolutely — exceeded, especially with the extra-large characters.
US $1.08
Final Verdict
Honestly, I didn’t expect much going in — I’ve had hit-or-miss luck with AliExpress before. But all six of these ninja mini figure sets were surprisingly well-made, unique, and fun to collect. Quality varied slightly between sets, but overall, the detailing, accessories, and variety were far better than I anticipated.
Would I recommend these? Yes — especially for collectors or kids who love ninja characters but don’t want to pay LEGO prices. I’ll definitely be browsing for more AliExpress sets soon.
