🔌 RP2040-Tiny USB-C Dev Board
The RP2040-Tiny caught my eye thanks to its ultra-compact size and onboard USB-C connector. I needed something minimal to embed into a wearables project and this little board looked perfect.

🧠 RP2040 Pro Micro Development Board
I grabbed the RP2040 Pro Micro as a drop-in replacement for my aging Pro Micro ATmega32U4 boards. This one stood out because it brings the modern RP2040 chip into a familiar form factor.
I liked that it had pin labels printed clearly on the silkscreen—makes prototyping much faster. Power regulation was stable and no USB brownout issues during Serial uploads.

🔄 Seeeduino XIAO BLE Sense (nRF52840)
I’ve been meaning to dive into BLE with sensor fusion, and the XIAO BLE Sense was the obvious choice. Built-in accelerometer, gyro, mic, and BLE—all in one tiny board.
It shipped fast and came in excellent condition. I was pleasantly surprised by how polished it felt—like a premium board from Adafruit or SparkFun.

🌐 Seeed XIAO ESP32C6/ESP32C3 Dev Boards
I bought the XIAO ESP32C6 & ESP32S3 kit because I needed both Zigbee and WiFi/BLE capabilities. The small size combined with ESP32’s wireless chops made it a compelling pick.
They flashed with PlatformIO right away. Signal strength was strong, and the boards ran cool under load.

🧬 Raspberry Pi Pico 2 RP2350 / RP2040 Board
The Pi Pico RP2350 board offers a 520KB SRAM boost and RISC-V dual core support. I got it mainly out of curiosity and for future RISC-V tinkering.
Setup was smooth, and it’s backward-compatible with most RP2040 projects. I’m still exploring its full potential but so far, very pleased.

Another addition to my XIAO collection. This XIAO RP2350 version offers low power consumption and high GPIO flexibility.
What I appreciated most was the onboard RGB LED and clean solder joints. Plug-and-play with MicroPython and Arduino.

This Mini RP2040 Board mimics the popular ProMicro layout and fits snugly into my older custom PCBs. I used it to update a macro keypad project.

This is my third XIAO BLE Sense, because the combo of BLE and onboard sensors is unbeatable at this price.
Used it in a wearable fall detection prototype. BLE transmission was strong and reliable. Works well with nRF Connect app.

This SuperMini RP2040 is my new favorite board for ultracompact builds. I embedded it inside a small enclosure with a LiPo charger.
Everything worked right out of the box. It’s the same RP2040 core in a footprint that’s almost half the size of a Pico.

Last one—my final 2-pack of XIAO BLE SENSE. Just needed more for a group workshop. Flawless delivery again.

✅ Overall Verdict
This order blew away my expectations. Every board arrived intact, functioned properly, and cost 50–70% less than the same models sold in the US. I didn’t expect this level of consistency and quality from such affordable boards on AliExpress. I would absolutely recommend these products—especially the XIAO BLE Sense, the RP2040-Zero, and the RP2040 Pro Micro.
I’ve already bookmarked a few more RP2040 and ESP32 variants for future orders. Looks like AliExpress just became my default dev board supplier.
