I picked up this OEM PRISM 5 PRO 120mm ARGB cooling fan mainly because of the aggressive airflow stats (45.2 CFM) and its affordable price point. My mid-tower gaming rig had a couple of stock fans that were getting loud and ineffective, especially during long gaming sessions. The aesthetics also played a role — I wanted something with ARGB that wouldn’t sound like a jet engine.
The delivery took around 15 days to the Midwest, which is pretty standard for AliExpress. Packaging was basic but effective — no damage, and everything worked out of the box.
Using it has been a pleasant surprise. The fan runs much quieter than I expected at idle (~800 RPM) and ramps up smoothly under load (~1600 RPM). The airflow is decent, and the ARGB lights are vivid, customizable, and sync perfectly with my motherboard’s software.

I chose the OEM PRISM 7 PRO fan for my rear exhaust slot because of its higher airflow rating (56.8 CFM) and lower starting RPM. I wanted something efficient but quieter at lower speeds.
The fan arrived with the same timeline and packaging quality as the 5 PRO. Visually, it’s almost identical, but performance-wise, it’s a notch better. It pushes more air and seems to maintain a lower noise profile thanks to its RPM range (600–1500).

This 80mm case fan is a no-nonsense unit I installed in a tight spot inside a NAS enclosure. I needed a small, silent solution, and this one fit the bill with both 3-pin and Molex options.

I grabbed this 90mm PWM CPU cooler fan for an old Dell OptiPlex I repurposed as a media server. I didn’t need top-tier cooling — just something quiet with reliable airflow.

This TEUCER 120mm RGB vortex fan caught my eye because of its unique lighting pattern. I wanted something showy for the front intake of a white case build.
Delivery took just over 2 weeks. The fan came in solid packaging, with clear instructions and screws. Setup was quick.
The lighting pattern is stunning — more dynamic than basic ARGB. The fan is very quiet and pushes air well even at lower RPMs.
Pros: – Eye-catching vortex RGB pattern – Hydraulic bearing = super quiet – Feels premium in hand
Cons: – Not addressable via standard ARGB headers – Limited customization unless paired with TEUCER controller
It cost me around $9, which is honestly a steal. In the U.S., anything comparable would be at least $20. I’m impressed by the overall build quality and effect.

Overall Verdict
This AliExpress fan haul turned out better than expected. I saved at least 50–60% compared to buying locally in the U.S., and most of the products performed above my expectations — especially the PRISM 7 PRO and TEUCER vortex fan.
Every fan worked out of the box, fit well, and delivered the airflow and aesthetics I was hoping for. While build quality isn’t quite on par with Noctua or NZXT, for the price, these are excellent alternatives.
Would I recommend these? Absolutely, especially for budget builders or anyone doing custom rigs. And yes — I already have more on my wishlist.
